Candidates will receive their results by post 5-7 weeks after an exam. Please note that we cannot give results out over the phone or by post before this.

Yes. Please contact us at contact@rockschoolnz.co.nz to arrange another certificate. Replacement certificates cost NZ$15 each and will be marked with the words “Replacement Certificate”.

Certificates will have the spelling of the name as it is entered during the online entry process. If we have made an error we will replace it.
If the name on certificate supplied is found to be incorrect there is a cost of NZ$15 to replace the certificate with the correct name.
